Pets Welcome Upon Approval
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $350.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
Pet must be housebroken and properly vaccinated.
Pet picture and vaccination records due at time of application and lease renewal.
Vaccinations required: Rabies – if over 4 months old.
All pets must be added to renters’ insurance policy.
If pet is in an altercation on the property, you may be responsible for an additional pet fee, increased pet rent, fined, pet prohibited from the property, or our lease may be terminated.
Pets must always be on a leash while outside of your residency. Must pick up all pet waste.
LVL Properties have breed restrictions for dogs. The following breeds are not allowed: Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Husky, Cane Corso, Boxer, Mastiff, and Dalmatian. Additionally, other breeds may also be restricted. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
